Grann Rising began around a kitchen bench, a mortar, and a curiosity about how the plants and mushrooms our grandmothers knew could quietly meet the demands of a modern day.

We started with three blends — one for the morning, one for movement, one for the evening — because most of what we needed had already been growing quietly for centuries.
